Consultation
I will meet with you to talk about your goals: what do you have now? Where do you want to go? If your business already has a brand, you’ll walk me through it, including brand guidelines like font & colors. If not, you can pick from a few palettes I show you.
The website
After we’ve met, I’ll build a simple website. I recommend starting with about five pages: your homepage, Contact Us, About Us, Testimonials, and Services. Your consultation will determine the exact structure and content of your site, and you can always change this later.
SEO Verification
It can be tough to make sure your website shows up on Google and other search engines, and SEO consultation is expensive. I will help you leverage best practice configuration, using free tools like Google Lighthouse, to make sure you’re starting from a solid foundation.
Maps & contact information
All websites come with a Google Maps embed of your business location and a contact form for lead generation.
Training
Once your site is finished, I will meet with 2-4 people of your choosing for a 2-hour handoff meeting. You’ll learn how to log in to your site, how to add or remove pages, and how billing works.
Ongoing Support
If I’m doing my job right, you really shouldn’t need much support. Because of this, all initial builds start with 16 hours of free on-demand tech support.
